What we expect from our collaborators, our W members:

All W members agree to provide copy and images for the one-pager promoting their business on wellnesscollab.co.uk and add the Wellness Collab badge to their website (to be provided)

All W members agree to be presented on the Wellness Collab website, and in their marketing channels using the Collab's 'look and feel' and 'voice'. This is to provide a consistent and trustworthy picture of who we are, collectively, to the wider public, but with your brand and personality shining through to help build your brand

We only select a handful of Collaborators to keep our networking and collaboration opportunities relevant, whilst enabling YOUR business to grow and shine as part of the W community. This is why we only accept max 3 collaborators within each segment/specialism.
Collab memberships cost £180 per annum. More information about what is included in your membership, plus our expectations from members, can be found below. Please allow 5 working days for a response to your application.
What we expect from our collaborators, our W members:

All W members agree to be presented on the Wellness Collab website, and in their marketing channels using the Collab's 'look and feel' and 'voice'. All W members agree to provide an exclusive discount of their choice to be made available to the Wellness Collab Collaborators only (to be valid for one year; a one-off discount per member is accepted)

All W members are expected to refer and recommend other collaborators to members of the public/their customers where they see fit. Recommendations are incredibly powerful for all small businesses. This is why all collaborators are encouraged to try services provided by their peers in the W community

All W members are encouraged to take part in the Wellness Collab B2B and B2C events to learn, network and grow their customer base. This is optional of course, but a large part of your annual fee goes towards events

All W members agree to be honest, kind and willing to collaborate with their peers in the W community
What you can expect, as part of the W community:

A one-pager on the Wellness Collab website to promote their business and services with link to their website

Minimum 3 annual promotions in Wellness Collab's online marketing channels (email, social, paid channels)

Access to exclusive discounts provided by other collaborators, to enable you to 'try before you buy', i.e. experience the services you refer to/recommend to your clients

20% discount to all Wellness Collab events

10% Friend and Family discount to Wellness Collab B2C events

Opportunity to showcase and promote your services in two annual B2C events per year, taking place in South London

Regular B2B networking events and workshops with all collaborators and special guests. This s an opportunity to learn, engage and collaborate in real life
How much does it cost?

The annual fee for Collaborators is £180 per annum. This fee is in place to cover admin, marketing and events costs and ensure commitment from each collaborator to become a valuable part of the Wellness Collab community

This is a one-off fee taken in full when your application has been accepted and you have accepted our T&C's

To participate in B2C events (two annual events) there will be a small fee of no more than £75 to cover admin, events marketing and venue hire. It is not compulsory to take part in these events
